Description :
Iron is essential for the synthesis of chlorophyll. It has a number of functions in the overall metabolism of the plants.
Iron deficiencies occur in alkaline soils and also when there is an imbalance of other micronutrients. Deficiencies also occur due to prolonged dry weather and extreme climatic conditions. Iron deficiencies cause extensive chlorosis in leaves. Symptoms vary from crop to crop and the most affected being horticulture crops.
Iron deficiencies cannot be corrected by using inorganic form of salts. Only chelated Iron gives the best results even when used in very small doses.
Bhagya Fer contains chelated Iron EDTA in the pure form, is easily soluble in water and can be sprayed along with other agrochemicals. A foliar spray of 1gm/litre solution on crops after obtaining sufficient foliage is recommended to correct all normally occurring deficiencies. Exact dosage depends on the plant health and local soil conditions.
