Description :
Introduction

Complex Enzyme for ETHANOL Fermentation is composed by series of excellent pure enzymes, which are produced by cultivation of good strains and submerged fermentation. This product is scientifically approved to be used in special ETHANOL fermentation, in which it takes maize,potato or wheat as the raw material.
Its main effects are as below:
1 Decreasing the viscidity of the fermentation broth; Reducing the involvement of post-procedure.
2 Increasing the absorbable nitrogen of mash; Facilitating the yeast growth and reproduction; Enhancing the yeast concentration of optimal fermentation period 18-24 hour , fermentation speed and utilization rate; Shortening the fermentation period.
3 Through the hydrolyzation of enzymes it breaches the structure of starch granular matrix, increase the starch and fermentable sugar, by which the alcohol output is improved dramatically.

Unit Definition of Enzymes

1 unit of CMCase equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes CMC-Na to get 1μmg of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1 hour at 50℃ and pH6.0.
1 unit of Xylanase equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes xylan to get 1 μg of reducing sugar (in xylose) in 1 min. at 50℃ and pH5.0.
1 unit of pectinase equals to the 1g or 1mL of enzyme, which hydrolyzes pectin to get 1mg of glacturonic acid in 1 hour at 50℃ and pH3.5.
1 unit of Acid Protease equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes casein to get 1 μg of tyrosine in 1 min. at 40℃ and pH3.0.

Outter: Fiber drum/Paper bag with plastic liner,
20KG/drum or bag
Inner: polyethylene bag on food grade, 1,000G/bag

Storage

Should be stored in a cool place, avoiding high temperature and insolation.

Shelf Life

In cool and dry place for 12 months and 5℃-15℃ for 24 months, enzymatic activity remains≥90%. Increase dosage after shelf life.

Usage and Dosage

Usage: directly add this product or the diluted to fermenter in main Fermentation period of time
Dosage: 0.01% if maize; 0.005% if wheat; 0.01% if potato

Safety

Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any overflow or even a little bit of it should be cleaned immediately. Enzyme powder stained on skin or eyes should be washed by clean water at least for 15 mins and seek the specialist?s guide.

2 The product has been approved in industrial trials of many alcohol plants located in PRC, viz. 6%-10% higher output.
3 The product used in wheat material has been approved in industrial trials of many alcohol plants located in PRC, viz.3%-8% higher output.
4 The product used in sweet potato material has been approved in industrial trials of many alcohol plants located in PRC, viz. 6%-8% higher output.
