M/s Shriram Trading & Manufacturing Company is a Partnership Firm, Established in the year 2001. We are the manufacturers of Denatured Ethanol by the process of Azeotropic Distillation of S.D.S. (Specially Denatured Spirit- i.E. Denatured ethyl alcohol with strength around 94.5% v/v of ethyl alcohol, 0.2% crotonaldehyde as denaturant and the rest being water). Our plant is located in Kolhapur District, the most Sugarcane rich District of Maharashtra State, which itself is the largest producer of Sugarcane crop in India. The more the Sugarcane crop, the more the production of Spirit (Ethyl alcohol with strength of around 94.5% v/v), as the major source of alcohol production in India is Sugarcane. Therefore, we have the greatest advantage of guaranteed availability of raw material, round the year.
In addition to this advantage, we have to our credit a very sound track record of un-interrupted supply of our product to our present market; in time and with assured Quality. It won't be a bit exaggeration to say that we have sold our entire production till date, i.E. 100% of our production without a single instance of rejection on grounds of Quality or any other grounds. We feel proud to say that we have always matched the stringent quality requirements of our customers & scheduled delivery to them.
The factory site is well equipped with every modern facility like the quality testing laboratory, Electronic flow meter system for accurate & fast product delivery & also for raw-material unloading system, storage systems.

Products :
Our product is an industrial grade alcohol as it is denatured with 0.2% crotonaldehyde. The purity of ethanol being in the range of 99.5% v/v to 99.8% v/v, i.E. The water (moister) content being in the range of 0.3% v/v to 0.0% v/v maximum and crotonaldehyde being 0.2%v/v. Any purity of ethanol in the aforesaid range can be achieved as desired, as the purity factor being in our control. Denatonium Saccaride also forms the part of the composition of the product. Its' content is 40 ppm ( parts per million) in the product. Thus the composition of the finished product is as follows : 1) Ethyl alcohol 2) Water content 3) Crotonaldehyde 4) Denatonium Saccaride 5) All other impurities like : ketones, aldehyde etc.
