ARIHANT DYECHEM, a subsidiary of the "ARIHANT GROUP OF INDUSTRIES" was established with the vision of Mr.Rajnikant .B .Shah. The very first company of this group "Amar Texdyes Corporation" was started in 1970 on a very small scale basis to manufacture Leather chemical and Textile processing chemical. The renowned brand name for leather dyes ARICOL was established in 1974 under the stewardship of Mr. Shah.
In order to reconcile growth and streamline operations, our company decided to stream line all its manufacturing activity at Ambernath and the decision has produced the desired results in terms of efficiency.

We firmly believe in the motto of DEVOTION, DEDICATION AND DISCIPLINE adherence to which has helped us win the trust of its customers. Our team of highly experienced and qualified leather technologists are not only well recognised and admired in India but also abroad. Future Plans
Our company intends to obtain the ISO 9001 & 14001 certificate and has initiated the process for the same. It also plans to target the high value export market via the internet to boost its earnings as well gain experience about the mindset of the western consumers.
