AZO Textile Testing Lab is a premier laboratory started in 1997 to fulfil the local testing facility for the fellow exporters. The Lab was the first of its kind to test for various parameters. Specifically on the fabrics and garments. Which are on processing state and ready for export. The laboratory is accepted and approved by various buyers all over the world.
The laboratory is equipped with the latest machineries and under the ISO 17025 specification. Instruments are calibrated and the testing personal are well educated and experienced in the field.
Testing are done under various International testing methods like AATCC, ASTM, BIS, BS, IS etc., The environment inside the laboratory are according to the test procedures.
Products :
We provide services of Textile Testing, Inspection Agency, Water and Chemicals Analysis. Textile Testing - Dimensional Stability (Shrinkage), Appearance Tests on Garments / Fabrics / Made - UPS, Colorfastness Analysis, Chemical Parameter Analysis, Accessories Testing, Spectrophotometer Evaluation of dyes and its shades (Colour Matching). Inspection Testing - Pattern Approval, Fabric Inspection, Pre Production Inspection / Size Set, Online Inspection, Mid Production Inspection, Final Inspection. Water and Chemicals Analysis - Parameters to be Tested (By Wet & Instrumental Method) As Per IS/ALPHA: PH, Solids (TS, TDS, TSS) in ppm, Hardness (Total, Permanent, Temparary) in ppm, Acidity in ppm, Alkalinity as Carbonate, Bicarbonate & Caustic in ppm, Dissolved Oxygen in ppm, Chemical Oxygen Demand in ppm, Bio Chemical Oxygen Demand in ppm, Dissolved Oxygen in ppm, Chemical Oxygen Demand in ppm, Density, Turbidity in FTU, Oil & Grease in ppm.
