CITRUS and ALLIED Essences Ltd. Was founded in New York in 1933 by Charles Pisano, and is in its 3rd generation as a family-owned and managed company. CITRUS and ALLIED continues to specialize in quality flavor and fragrance ingredients. During the last 65 years, we have diversified and expanded our product line to not only include essential oils, but also oleoresins, extracts and natural and synthetic (nature identical) aromatic chemicals.

While our Executive Offices are located in Lake Success, New York, CITRUS and ALLIED has laboratories, manufacturing and warehousing facilities in Belcamp, Maryland and Floral Park, New York. Sales offices, warehouses, and Customer Service Centers are also located in Corona, California and Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

In 1995, we opened a sales office in Van Kleek Hills, Ontario to provide better service for our Canadian customers. The global market is of considerable interest and importance to CITRUS and ALLIED. We have a network of representatives in Western Europe, South America and the Far East. In 1999, we established CITRUS and ALLIED ESSENCES de MEXICO, S.A. De C.V. To service the growing market for flavor and fragrance ingredients in Mexico and Central America. At the same time, we opened an office in Hong Kong to provide better service to our customers in China.

From the beginning, CITRUS and ALLIED has always been committed to delivering the finest flavor and fragrance ingredients. This unwavering philosophy continues to drive our business decisions, and this strong emphasis on quality is evident in our manufactured and processed materials.
