HAMARI CHEMICALS, was established in 1948 in Osaka, Japan and has specialized in the manufacture of APIs and pharmaceutical intermediates. For over 50 years, we have custom manufactured high quality pharmaceutical with reliability and flexibility, the ability to quickly meet and satisfy customer needs. Two production sites cover pilot to large scale manufacturing in strict accordance with cGMP. Both sites are registered with the DMF and the latest FDA inspection approval of our plants in 1997. Audits are also conducted regularly not only by domestic customers but also by clients in North America and Western Europe, thus ensuring smooth production while minimizing the period from development to validation. EQUIPMENT 170 reactors of between 50L to 3000L have been installed with condensers, centrifuges and vacuum dryers. Well-equipped R&D and QC laboratories are also in place. Our in-house waste treatment facilities adhere strictly to environmental laws and ordinances, and all equipment and facilities are under the vigilant care and maintenance of our "Total Productive Maintenance" and "Kaizen/Improvement" task force.
MARKETING and SERVICES In the custom manufacture of APIs, IDPs and intermediates, HAMARI employs amino acid derivatives and aminothiazole derivatives in conjunction with general organic reactions, hydrogenation reactions, synthesis of sulfur containing compounds and low temperature reactions, all in accordance with the cGMP.
