Plastics & Rubber Additives Industry Ltd.We are specialized in Cosmetic Ingredients, Water Treatment , Plastics & Rubber Additives , Specialty Chemicals and custom manufacturing. We are interested to serve you as a contract-manufacturing partner, to share with you our 15 years experiences in chemical industry.We export 100% of our products to western countries and have established business relationship with many multi-national giants.Openchem is also an active distributor in the Daily chemicals, including various different functional ingredients for cosmetics, personnel-care products.
