Shenyang cenkey chemical company, LTD.Was founded in August of 1998, as a new and hightech enterprise with the priorty of developing and producing fine chemicals.The company's headquarters are located at:19 f.Block A, 21st Century Tower Building, 1 Century Road, Hunnan Industrial Zone, hi-tech Ind-ustrial Zone, Shenyang.The company currently has a staff of 132, of whom 42 have post-high school education and more than 20 of whom are engineers or senior engineers.The company is ISO9002 accredited.
The company's Fluorescent Brightener CF-351 is one of the accomplish-ments of our country's"Ninth Five-year plan's"Key Science and Technology Program.The current annual production of CF-351 is 300 metric tons.In June 1998, in a national appraisal of scientific and technological accomplish-ments, it was found to be advanced by international standards and domesti-cally pioneering.In 1999, Fluorescent Brightener CF-351 was ranked by China's Ministry of Science and Technology as a "Torch Program"Project. In 2000, the State Economic & Trade commission P.R.China designated this product as a "National-Level New Product."In 2001 , increasing annual production of Fluorescent Brightener CF-351 to 1000 metric tons was desig-ned by the State Development Planning Commission P.R.China as a "High-tech Industrialization demonstration Project."
