Shyamal Intermediates Ltd. Was founded in 1990, as a result of the progressive vision and business insight of Mr. Jitendra Patel (Managing Director) & Mr. Subhash Patel (Jt. Managing Director).

Designed & engineered by a team of highly qualified specialists, the Company started out with the production of 25 tons/month of various Pyrazolones, Stilbenes, Synthetic Organic Dyes & other intermediates, and currently produces well over 110 tons a month of SPCP and other intermediates.

With a turnover Rs. 120 million per annum, the factory and works of Shyamal Intermediates Ltd. Employs 95 skilled workers, including technical staff and other qualified specialists.

Not content to rely on old technologies, Shyamal constantly seeks innovative approaches, and adopts latest techniques, employing the next generation equipment. An Agitated Notch Filter & Spin Flash Dryer is installed at the factory for cost-effective & quality products.

At the end of a highly eventful decade, Shyamal owes its astounding success to its commitment to consistent quality standards & excellent customer relations. Shyamal's list of customers includes world-renowned food color manufacturers, dyestuffs, & other colorant producers.

Shyamal's range of products are manufactured in exact accordance with the Company's own rigid specifications, which are in line with internationally accepted standards and regulations.
Shyamal is one of the India's largest producers &. Leading suppliers of 1:4 S.P.C.P. To all the tartrazine/food color manufacturers of India. The synergy of consistent quality, realistic and reasonable pricing, and good customer relations interact to build the Company's corporate strength.

ENVIRONMENT CONSCIOUSNESS
The entire manufacturing unit occupies a built up area of 4100 square metres. The Plant is well laid out to provide economy, operational ease, & efficient processing. We have a functioning 300, 000 litres capacity Water Effluent Treatment Plant for Primary & Secondary Treatment installed at our premises.

Shyamal is also the member of the "Green Environment Services Co - Operative Society Ltd." which has successfully installed Indlvs Largest Water Treatment Plant at Vatva Industrial Estate, near the factory & it is designed by M/S. Advents Ltd. - USA. Which has the "Common Effluent Treatment Plant" (CEPT). The total cost of project is about 350 million Rupees. Our effluent is being discharged to the CEPT for final treatment for specified norms of the Government. We are also member of "Gujarat Industrial Waste Management Co. Ltd." for disposal of solid waste from our factory.

DIVERSIFICATION : PHARMA BULK DRUGS INTERMEDIATES
Ever anxious to play a vital role in a different area to prove the Company's versatility and corporate mettle, Shyamal has branched out into Pharma Bulk Drug Intermediates with undying dedication and commitment.

Similar infrastructure and labs, the same attention to detail and quality consciousness govern this relatively new area of operations. Shyamal has deployed highly qualified chemists, having between 7 to 15 experience, to work at our pharmaceutical section to engender productivity and professionalism in manufacturing bulk drugs and conform to Indian and global specifications.
