Sinopep Pharmaceutical Inc.-peptide new drug research and development center, located in the new & high-tech incubator, the sixth street, Xisha Economic Development Zone, and the lab covers over 1, 400m2 and equipped with various advanced instruments and equipments, which cost over ten million. The center is directly leaded by the general manager and charged by the vice general manager and director of the research and development center。There are 28 research and development people, which 43% of the staff and all at least has undergraduate degree, among them six has doctor degree, two has US postdoctoral degree and all have years of peptide research and development experience. Besides that, we also set up long term cooperation with domestic top universities and institutes.

Under the research and development center there is the first group of solid phase synthesis, the second group of solid phase synthesis, the liquid phase synthesis group, the purified group and med-test group, besides there is a quality control group and a scale up workshop.
We have automatic synthesis instrument imported from US, which can synthesize 50L for one batch and the products can be directly used in med-test. The purified equipments includes preparative high-performance liquid, which comply with cGMP standard and can ensure the purity of sample more than 99.5%. The main quality control equipments includes LC-MS, HPLC, UV, IR, TOC, etc.

Our main business includes new drug(protein peptide drug) development and package service of research and development( custom peptide synthesis).
After years of development, expanding and continuous innovation, we have a peptide new drug research and development center, with the total area of 1400 m2, and an industrialized cGMP production base of protein and peptide biologic pharmacy. The research and development center locate in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, and the cGMP production base locate in Lianyungang, Jiangsu. The total investment for the first project is 200, 000, 000RMB, mainly for the peptide API (comply with EU & US standard) project, which will be the largest peptide API production base in Asia.
