Manufacturers and Exporters of proaid 20034, chemical for rubber industry to be used as process aid. proaid 20034 is a cross linked fatty acid based formulation, improves the flow of molten rubber in the die, improves surface quality of the product and last but not least eliminates need for any external release agents.
The following are the advantages of Proaid 20034 -
?proaid helps to better disperse other additives and other fillers in the rubber base,
?viscosity of the rubber is reduced, resulting in the improvement of the flow characteristics for better mold cavity fill,
?homogenization of the compound improves,
?mechanical properties of the molded product improves,
?as it also acts as releaser agent, there is no die built up and remains clean for many operations to follow,
?glossy finish for the molded product, improving the surface finish.
